Please note that if there is a problem with your site receiving mail from listserv.aol.com (this VERY often happens with a mis-configured email server or domain name server on your end...and your IT department will swear to you that "everything's fine here, it's on their end") not only will you not be able to receive the list, but I will probably be unable to respond to your submission on this form, because my email can't reach you, either...

If this is the case, I will usually suggest you get an email account at a provider like gmail.com for theatre-sound list use...I can set you up with an account if you need one (they are free)

Another common source of trouble is AOL deciding a block of addresses are sources of spam; if your ISP gets caught in this block, you are out of luck; I have no control over AOL's email system. If that's the problem (which we can usually figure out by looking at the error message AOL bounces back to you) you will have to either wait them out and see if they eventually lift the block, OR use the gmail approach noted above.
